PC gamers are no strangers to the real time strategy genre, a genre which itself is no stranger to fantastic games. WARGAME is a series that is often lauded as one of the better modern warfare set titles, which means the announcement of a third title should be something to be interested in. Finally mobilising on the Asian front, a region previously untouched by the European Escalation and following Air Land Battle, in the (somewhat clichéd) subtitled ‘Red Dragon’.
Set between 1975 and 1991, Red Dragon introduces new factions, a must really when you change continents. Also included are the obligatory new vehicles and troops, included a series first in amphibious craft such as warships and landing craft that will undoubtedly open up a whole new battlefield of strategic combat possibilities.
All in all, this is shaping up to be a title to look forward to.
