Metal Gear Solid: Legacy Collection gets a release date

The Metal Gear Solid: Legacy Collection is set to hit the US on the 9th of July at the generous price of $49.99 (around £32).

The PS3 exclusive collection will include:

• Metal Gear Solid + VR missions
• Metal Gear Solid 2 (HD edition)
• Metal Gear Solid 3 (HD edition, comes with the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2)
• Metal Gear Solid 4: Trophy Edition
• Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker (HD edition)

Also in the package is a couple of digital graphic novels which see their first release outside of Japan in this collection.
