In a presentation featuring Eiichi Nakajima, From Software’s executive director comes the news that Dark Souls has sold 2,367,000 copies since its release in 2011. Approximately 692,000 of these units came from the Prepare To Die Edition.
Originally released on PS3, the game then moved to PC and Xbox 360 along with the Prepare to Die Editions that featured even more Dark Souls content including the Artorias of the Abyss.
Dark Souls 2 is due to be released on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 in late 2013.
