In communication with VG 24/7 Ubisoft stated, “We confirm that Ubisoft will announce all the details of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag on Monday March 4th at 5pm GMT.”
So I guess it’s more of an announcement of an announcement, but Ubisoft also confirmed the title for all current-gen machines.
As Ubisoft said in the quote above a full announcement will be coming on 4th March at 5pm GMT, so keep an eye out for that.
