Due to be released later this year Wolfenstein: The New Order is a “re-imagining” of the well known and loved Wolfenstein series currently being put together by Machine Games and published by Bethesda.
Machine Games being a development house founded by former employees of Starbreeze Studios, the team behind Escape from Butcher Bay and, more recently, the Syndicate reboot.
Machine Games’ Creative Director, Jens Matthies said, “As fans of the series, working on this game is an honour and our team is driven to create an unforgettable action-adventure experience that will make FPS fans proud.”
Here’s hoping we get to blast Mecha Hitler once more.
