We first reported on PlayStation Now when it was announced earlier this week.
The new video, embedded below, summarises a lot of what we already knew about Sony’s new cloud-based service, but also highlights a couple of new snippets of info, including play requirements (users should keep those DualShock 3 controllers around) and a USA launch date of Summer 2014 for the service, “with news of other countries, including the UK, to follow”.
We also received a little more information regarding the connection required; newshound Johnny previously estimated that you’d need a solid 4Mbit/sec connection for smooth gameplay, and he’s not far off, with a 5Mbit/sec connection “with low latency” recommended for a smooth experience.
