Welcome to the kinky corner of Ready Up. Here we can relish in the naked form, both male and female, and what better person to guide you than me. Zoey at your service, your resident sexpert both in and out of the virtual world. Last time out I asked my Ready Up colleagues: “If you could spend the night with any video games character who would it be and why?”. Having such varied and amusing tastes I just had to make it a two-parter so here are some more of their… interesting responses:
Kirsten: “I’d spend the night with Yuffie from Final Fantasy VII. I just always had the feeling she’d be super dirty, you know? She also just has a look I really like. She’s not frilly or silly but she has an elfin quality that’s very sexy. Saying that you’d have to nail everything down in your house or you’d wake up and she’d have nicked the lot.”
John: “My Commander Shepard was created with a nod in the direction of my other half Sarah, but her character is her own and that is why I find her appealing. She’s strong but sensitive and she lives life for the living of it with few inhibitions as a result. Another Mass Effect choice would be Liara. Curves in all of the right places, and I would imagine that she has a few biotic trick up her sleeve too!

I’d also have to pick My WoW character Mirovy. I’m not sure whether it’s the hooves, the tail, the horns, or the fantastic curves this little Draenai minx has which do it for me, but there is something about her which really appeals. I definitely seem to have a thing for blue aliens!”
Sarah-Lou: “Now I’ve been thinking long and hard about this and I have to say that it’s been really tough. I’ve had only the odd game character crush, so Ryu (Street Fighter), Dominic Santiago (Gears of War) and Nathan Drake (Uncharted) are to name but a few. But if I had to choose one to spend the night with, it would either be Zelda‘s Link or Street Fighter’s Ken).
Ken is just a cheeky chappy, and a little arrogant, which is not usually my type, but he gets the go ahead. I’d imagine our evening would consist of me asking him to teach me how to do a hadoken as he regales me with stories of his epic fights while playing strip poker (obviously that would be Ken’s idea).
Link strikes me as being the intense broody type, but I sense he could cut loose and probably drink me under the table if given half the chance. There is that slight issue, with Link, that you never hear him talk, but who’s to say that he can’t?! Once we get past that I could imagine us just getting completely wasted while chopping up random items using his master sword.”
Definitely some interesting choices there. I can’t help but notice a huge trend towards Final Fantasy characters and beat ’em up studs. Can’t fault their taste! Join me next time as we continue our journey into the world where sex and video games collide. And remember: it’s not demeaning or empowering, it’s just hot.

| Kinky Facts: There are many beautiful people to come out of the Final Fantasy games but it was Tifa that started many people’s love affair with the series.
