German mags Gamestar and PC Games set loose these details about the upcoming Witcher 3:
- 50 hour long campaign
- Save games can be imported but the difference they make to the actual story is negligible with only small changes being made to whatever CD Project RED consider ‘canon’.
- Traversing the enormous world is helped with the availability of boats, and horses that Geralt can tame in the wild using the Axii sign.
- There will be a fast-travel system similar to the one used in Skyrim.
- Geralt can hunt animals for resources and for animal parts to sell such as fur, claws, etc.
- Geralt can level up to level 60 but only by completing quests as fighting and hunting do not reward you with experience.
- The world’s economy is dynamic and can be affected by Geralt’s buying and selling activities.
- Players can travel to locations such as Novigrad, the Skellige Islands, and the wasteland wilds.
- NPCs have a daily routines they adhere to, and will also report Geralt to the guards if they observe him breaking the law.
- Geralt can interact with the environment to a greater degree, for example using Ignii to set things on fire.
So anyone fancy freezing me until this comes out?
