Bit Socket – Raiden Retrospective

This week is a special week for those of us in the Bit Socket Bunker: not only are me and Joe going for that romantic trip to Kilmaurs, we are also celebrating the release of a new Metal Gear game.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is the latest game in the bonkers stealth series, although this game doesn’t star series mainstay Solid Snake or much in the way of traditional stealth. In fact, all it really does feature is the reviled Raiden from Metal Gear Solid 2 and 4.

So, in preparation for this week’s big release (wink wink) here is a look back at the history of the  main character of Revengeance, and a close personal friend.
