Welcome back to our feature where we aim to outline the new releases that that our readers might be interested in!

We begin this instalment by clarifying that, yes, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch was indeed delayed a week from the date I had listed before, but should be out by the time you read this. It sounds like most of team Ready Up has been swept away by its whimsical charm, with Kirsten claiming that it “may well be the best Japanese RPG ever made“. While I doubt it’ll dethrone the perfectly-paced Chrono Trigger for me, the demo was bloody impressive!

Otherwise, this is one of those fantastic months with someone for everyone. We have plenty of shooters to chose from, with Dead Space 3, Aliens: Colonial Marines and Crysis 3 offering a lot in the span of two weeks. But if you’re the kind of person who lost 200+ hours messing around with mods on the PC version of Skyrim, then maybe the release of the Dragonborn DLC on Tuesday 5th February will be more to your liking.

For Shin Megami Tensei fans, there’s a double-whammy of new games to discuss, as we finally get long-delayed localisations of both Devil Survivor Overclocked – an enhanced port of the DS original, complete with new voice acting –  and the frankly-fantastic Persona 4 Golden, both out on 22nd of February. Also available the same day is Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, which under the direction of action-masters Platinum Games, looks to pull in new fans and those crazy Metal Gear-lore nuts (me) alike.

Finally, last month I also asked if anybody would be interested in a PlayStation Plus list for both USA and European accounts, sorting the games available for free on Instant Access. The response was pretty positive, so here you are! Sadly, the North American PS+ blog only updates about upcoming releases weekly, so I don’t have a lot of info for that – be sure to check the full game lists linked below if you want to know about everything on offer!
