Incoming – December Freeze

Welcome back to our feature where we aim to highlight the new releases that that our readers might be interested in!

Well, it had to happen eventually: we finally have a quiet edition of Incoming. With the big holiday push wrapping up, all we have left that hasn’t already hit shelves is a new DLC for Skyrim, a handheld port of the rather good Sonic & All-Stars Racing, and the next entry in the long-running Paper Mario series.

Given how peaceful things are otherwise, I thought it’d be a good idea to highlight the Wii-U launch titles again, following its recent release. Furthermore, I’ve also gone ahead and marked the games in bold that particularly shine on the new platform, based on initial reviews. Sadly, it looks like the Aliens: Colonel Marines has been delayed until sometime in February, as has the intriguing Scribblenauts: Unlimited, despite a PAL Wii-U release in Australia. Boo!

Still, have a good Christmas and keep an eye out for those sales!
