Three hours to go

The time is rapidly approaching 7am.

The gaming is starting to take it’s toll on the players now – Fran was less than steady on her feet during her last break, probably from all the intense beanbag sitting she has partaken of, and Kirsten is certainly feeling drained as the last few hours of the challenge tick by.

The guys have done remarkably well to make it this far, and these last few hours will be the hardest – they all know they’ve nearly finished but have to fight every urge for their bodies to go into sleep mode. For the next three hours at least… we’ve already told Fran we’ll happily prop her up for any pictures, in the style of classic 80s film “Weekend at Bernies”.

So, as we prepare to enter the last few hours the sound system is blaring out as many inspirational tunes as we can come up with – I’ve even typed parts of this blog whilst being accompanied by the theme from Star Wars…
