last soulcalibur i played was 2 i dotn even remember 3 :P so is 4 any good cos i might buy it :D

That tantrum move’s just hilarious.

Also, I have a brand new Hori stick, which I’m dead keen to properly break in before SFIV takes over my whole life.
So expect to see me button-mashing for all my noobie worth between now and Feb 20. ;)

Liked reading this blog since lately I’ve been playing a lot of SoulCalibur IV. After our latest encounters on Live, I’ve taken to the training mode a lot. I’ve spent entire sessions on Live in training mode trying out new moves and combos, seeing what else I can pull off. I’ve started out on setting the CPU difficulty on easy and move up to the next level when I feel I’m ready. So far, I’ve taken on the CPU on hard and we’ve both ended up tearing each other apart. On easy, I can take out my opponent with critical finishes, but on hard, it starts becoming difficult to pull off, so I have to resort to ring outs to get a “win”.

So far, I’ve used Seung Mina on training, so maybe one of these days, I’ll move on the other characters (Cervantes,Yun-Seong are my next choices).

I don’t mind taking on you using Taki as an opponent though. Or the other one Xianghua. Interesting tantrum move that one.
